Executive coaching for organisations
Sponsored coaching for leaders in transition: a first executive role, a step up in scope, a return after leave, or a leader whose competence is not in question and whose sense of who they are at work is.
I work with the leader and contract with the organisation. That means a chemistry conversation before anything is agreed, a three-way meeting with the sponsor to set goals, a mid-point review and a closing review. Sessions are confidential. Anything that reaches the sponsor is agreed with the leader first.

The sponsored engagement costs more than the individual Intensive because the 360 is run inside the organisation, the contracting and review work sits outside the sessions, and the client is the organisation as well as the leader.
Extensions are agreed at the closing review, in blocks of three sessions. Programmes for several leaders and work in French are priced on scope.
Credentials
Accredited by the International Coaching Federation. MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, Henley Business School, due spring 2027, with research on liminality in career transition. Twenty years in talent development and executive coaching, including recruiting and talent leadership at L'Oréal USA. Accredited StrengthscopeLeader™ practitioner. In regular supervision, individual and group.
