About Malvina
I am an executive coach and careers educator. For more than twenty years I have worked with people at the thresholds of their working lives: MBA students choosing a direction, senior leaders changing one, and professionals who have outgrown the story they were living. I have been quoted and interviewed in Forbes and the Financial Times.
I founded Malvina Miller Consulting to bring that work together: coaching for individuals, workshops and coaching for business school careers teams, and sponsored executive coaching for organisations. I work as an associate to Imperial Business School, where I am currently Interim Head of Full-Time MBA Careers, and to Cambridge Judge Business School, where I run workshops.
My thinking sits where psychoanalytic ideas, narrative identity and adult development meet. I am completing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, due spring 2027, with a dissertation on liminality, and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am French, American and, more recently, British, and bilingual in English and French. I live between London and North Oxfordshire with my family, a golden retriever called Brooklyn and two cats, Stella and Merlin.
