You are probably not in crisis. More likely something has shifted and has no name yet: a role that fits on paper and not in the body, or an interview that asks for a story you have not yet told yourself. My work is to help you see what you are already doing and choose it more deliberately.
There are three ways to work with me. Each begins with a twenty-minute call.
20 minute Exploratory Fit Call

A conversation, not a coaching session.
This 20-minute call is a chance for us to meet and explore whether working together would be a good fit. We’ll talk about what brings you to coaching, the transition or question you are facing, and what you’re hoping to gain from support at this stage.
I’ll share how I work, including my focus on identity, narrative, transition, and strengths-based development, and answer any questions you may have about the Leadership & Identity Intensive, the interview preparation package or the ongoing partnership.
Twenty minutes for both of us to judge whether the timing and the fit are right.
Own Your Story: Senior Interview Preparation
Price £750
Two sessions and written feedback for one interview that matters.
Senior interviews turn on the story you tell about yourself, and most people rehearse answers without ever examining the story. For twenty years I have prepared candidates for interviews, at Harvard Business School, Imperial and Cambridge Judge, and as a recruiter at L'Oréal I sat on the other side of the table. I know what a panel hears.
How it works:
A review of your CV and the role before we meet
First session, 75 minutes: the story you are telling, the story they need to hear, and the gap between the two
Second session, 90 minutes: full mock interview with live feedback
Written notes after the second session, and questions by email up to the interview
This is for senior candidates and career changers. If your next interview is a threshold rather than a formality, it is for you. If you are a student at a school I work with, this reaches you through your careers team. Everyone else, including Executive MBAs elsewhere, is welcome here.
Leadership & Identity Intensive (6 Sessions)
Price £2,500 (or 3 monthly payments of £850)
A six-session programme for people in transition, combining narrative work, identity development and the StrengthscopeLeader™ 360.
Transitions often unsettle the stories we have lived by. They reveal what no longer fits and invite us to consider what might come next. This programme offers a structured, reflective space to explore that threshold with support and clear direction.
Drawing on my experience coaching leaders and MBA students at leading Business Schools, as well as my MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, the work we do together integrates narrative coaching, identity exploration, and strengths-based development.
A core element of the programme is the StrengthscopeLeader™ assessment, a research-based leadership tool that includes a 360-degree component. It highlights your strengths, how they are perceived by others, and how you can use them more intentionally during times of change. We weave these insights throughout our sessions to help you lead from a self you recognise.
Across our 6 sessions, you will:
Clarify the story you have been living and the one you are ready to grow into
Understand your strengths and leadership identity through StrengthscopeLeader™
Explore the beliefs, patterns, and behaviours that shape how you show up
Build a more grounded sense of self-trust during periods of uncertainty
Make decisions from that ground rather than from the old story
Leave with a direction that is yours

Ongoing Leadership Partnership (Monthly Partnership)
Price £375 (monthly)
For clients who want to keep going after the Intensive. One 90-minute session a month, with email or voice-note support in between.
Each month includes:
One 90-minute coaching session
Light email or voice-note support between sessions for reflection, clarification, or integration
Priority access to my calendar when booking your monthly session
Enough contact to keep the work alive without making coaching a habit.
